डोरंडा थाना क्षेत्र में कार-बाइक टक्कर का मामला अब सड़क से निकलकर सीधे अदालत की चौखट पर पहुंच गया। खुद को पीड़ित बताने वाले मोबाज खान की उन्मादी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट ने पूरे मामले को संदिग्ध बना दिया। सुनवाई के दौरान झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय की न्यायमूर्ति संजय कुमार द्विवेदी की पीठ ने अधिवक्ता मनोज टंडन के खिलाफ किसी भी प्रकार की जांच पर रोक लगा दी। कोर्ट ने केंद्र व राज्य सरकार के साथ-साथ CBI को नोटिस जारी कर मोबाज खान के कथित संपर्कों की जांच का आदेश दिया। यह आदेश अधिवक्ता के लिए बड़ी राहत माना जा रहा है।

डोरंडा की सड़क पर हुई साधारण दुर्घटना अब राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के एंगल से देखी जा रही है। हाईकोर्ट ने सोशल मीडिया पर भड़काऊ पोस्ट करने वाले युवक मोबाज खान के प्रतिबंधित संगठन PFI से संभावित संबंधों की जांच का आदेश दिया है। अधिवक्ता मनोज टंडन ने अपनी याचिका में FIR निरस्त करने, जब्त वाहन छोड़ने और वीडियो बनाकर उकसाने वाली भीड़ की जांच की मांग की है। अदालत ने 24 मार्च को विस्तृत सुनवाई तय कर यह संकेत दिया है कि मामला केवल दुर्घटना नहीं, बल्कि बड़ी साजिश की ओर इशारा कर सकता है।
Jharkhand High Court Stops Probe Against Advocate Manoj Tandon | Doranda Accident Case
The Jharkhand High Court has stayed any investigation against advocate Manoj Tandon in connection with a car–motorcycle accident reported from Doranda police station area of Ranchi. The case drew public attention after a youth, Mobaz Khan, who claimed to be the victim, posted provocative content on social media, allegedly showing him being dragged on a car bonnet while crying “Ya Allah.”
A bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi took serious note of the online posts and issued notices to the State Government, the Central Government and the CBI, seeking an affidavit on Khan’s alleged links and activities with the banned organisation PFI.
The court has fixed March 24 for detailed hearing. The order has brought major relief to advocate Manoj Tandon, who has sought quashing of the FIR, release of his vehicle and an inquiry into the mob that allegedly tried to attack him while recording videos at the scene.k
